On Thursday, June 5, 2008, communities in Ottawa will take part in the fourth annual Capital Food Blitz. The Blitz is a door-to-door food collection initiative organized by The Food Bank with the help of its many supporters.

The Food Bank fights community hunger all year round by distributing 12 tons of food each and every working day to its 127 Member Agencies across the National Capital Region.
